Purpose Statement
When looking at different reviews, I have found many that discuss family game night ideas, and many that dive into high intensity games, but there are very few reviewers that show which high investment games work with their families. As a high school (age 14-18) History, Economics, and US Government teacher, I am always looking for games that can be used as tools of teaching for my students and children, but a good game that tells a story with great gameplay is as important as the lessons and skills that might be learned through gameplay. My goal is to share my experiences playing games with family and friends that have a variety of intensity levels, cataloging which work for us and which seem to work better for an adult gaming group.
This website will share the experiences of my family and friends as we have tried different games. I will discuss the things we liked and disliked. Though I may have links to products that can be purchased on the website, the purpose is to help people see what options are available and give an honest opinion of those options.
